Now we want to give you an opportunity to avoid paying for borrowed TV equipment. According to our records, we still haven’t received the accessories you borrowed from us, despite several reminders.

You probably want to avoid paying, and we would like to get the equipment back. Fortunately, it’s easy to do the right thing! Return your equipment by 30/9 to avoid the fee of 500 SEK.

Watch TV without a box

Since May 2023, you don’t need a box or TV card to watch TV – it’s only if your TV was manufactured before 2008 that you need to buy your own box. For more information on which box works, you can read about it on Sappa’s website. (https://sappa.se/malmo/malmo-tv)

You can return it to Connect TV, Danska Vägen 57 B in Malmö, open on weekdays (excluding holidays) from 08:00 to 16:00.

Alternatively, you can return it to MKB during regular opening hours at your nearest local office, or at Triangeln, Södra Förstadsgatan 47, open: 08.00-16.30.
